Dates & Times of the Event
The event will be held April 15th and 16th, 2023. The hours of the event are 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM Saturday and 10:00 to 6:30 Sunday. Gates close one hour before closing time.
We expect to have 5,000 to 6,000 attendees come through the gates.
BBB Cowboy Challenge Seating
The BBB Cowboy Challenge has limited seating. To assure a seat, please arrive at least 90 minutes before show time. Please visit the website for show times.
BBB Cowboy Challenge
All persons attending the BBB Cowboy Challenge will be issued a wrist band at the park entrance upon admission. Those persons who do not have a wrist band may not attend the BBB Cowboy Challenge.
Free parking to Vendors and attendees with easy access to the main gate to the park. Ample paved handicap parking is available.
Food & beverage
There will be numerous food trucks serving a variety of food, beverages and desert. In addition, beer and wine will be available for purchase.
The event will be held rain or shine. The event operator may elect to move the tented vendors indoors which is the sole decision of the event operator.
Restrooms are available at various locations around the park.
Security will be provided beginning on the evening of April 14th and continue through the morning of April 17th ending at 7:00 AM.
Illegal Substance policy
Illegal substances of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the Exchange Park property. If discovered, the person or persons will be turned over to Law Enforcement personnel and shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. There are no refunds.
There is a no smoking policy at all locations on the Exchange Park grounds including all buildings. Any guest or Vendor personnel discovered smoking on the grounds may be asked to leave the event. There are no refunds.
At the discretion of the Vendor, the event operator, the Exchange Club of Charleston Members or the Exchange Club Fair personnel, any individual, guests or Vendor employee, showing signs of excessive alcohol consumption as noticed by the above personnel will be cutoff and asked to leave the property. A cab may be called at that individual’s expense. There will be no refunds.
At the discretion of the event operator, the Exchange Club of Charleston Members or the Exchange Club Fair personnel, any individual, guests or Vendor employee, showing signs of poor conduct, aggressive actions or verbal abuse as noticed by the above personnel may be asked to leave the property. There will be no refunds.
Defibrillators & First Aid
Defibrillators are located near gate 1. For all first aid needs, please see the security personnel and for any major issues, please dial 911 and then notify the Exchange Park personnel know.
Questions & Lost & Found
The Exchange Club of Charleston personnel will be stationed at gate 1 for the purpose of answering questions assisting with lost items.
All guests, Vendor Employees or Vendor volunteers entering the Exchange Park or accessing the Exchange Park Property shall be responsible for their own safety. By virtue of entry, all guests, Vendor Employees or Vendor volunteers, recognize the safety issues and accept all responsibility, personal or otherwise, and the related liability, expenses, costs or other tangible harm for injury or damages, either for property or to an individual person. All guests, Vendor Employees or Vendor volunteers, by virtue or entry, agree to indemnify the Exchange Park, The Exchange Club of Charleston, SC or its Members and Officers, the Exchange Club Fair of Charleston, Inc. or its Members and Officers from any liability of any kind including the cost of defense and all related attorney’s fees, court costs and relates expenses.
